Embrace Therapy
There are many types of therapies available. The hard part is having the energy and mental strength and courage to choose one or more that suits you. From traditional therapies to holistic ones. Amazingly, there are everyday ones that are available to us free of charge that we usually underestimate or ignore, such as simply sitting in the sun or being in nature. Taking walks. Smiling can also be very therapeutic. Some holistic therapies can be Aromatherapy, Breathwork, Journaling, Meditation, Reiki, Yoga, and Tapping to name a few. The use of medications and counseling can also be helpful when provided and monitored by a professional. Love yourself more, you are worth it.
